Our Twenty Day Close is available on purchase transactions of a primary home in Texas and is dependent on the borrower and third parties providing Interlinc Mortgage the required information that we request within 24 hours of our request to fund the loan. If the borrower and third parties provide Interlinc Mortgage with all required information on time and we do not produce loan documents to the involved title company within 20 business days (from date of a completed application to date that loan documents are delivered to title), we will credit the borrower $100 for every additional day (up to five days) that we do not have your loan documents at title.
