Being first time home buyers, my wife and I were already nervous about the whole process. After meeting with a previous lender and getting "everything we needed" we found a home and started the process. Our lender was just awful, she had verbally told us things, then when the paperwork came through it was all different. After scheduling and canceling the closing 4 time due to paperwork/underwriting issues and much more aggravation we walked away from them. He's really easy to talk to and I've been told by several of my buyers that he makes them feel comfortable with their questions. I know he gives them a lot of individual one-on-one attention. He meets with them personally and then he always shows up at their closings. He works real hard to find them the best loan and rates that meet their needs. I will be purchasing a new home myself and will be using Andrew as my Mortgage Broker. I am always pleased to hear from him and happy with his prompt, courteous follow up.
