Our Guaranteed Home Loan Closing Program comes with a signed certificate that is presented with your pre-approval letter.  The guaranteed home closing program will provide up to $2000* to the seller, $200 per day, if for some reason we do not close your loan in 29 days after receiving the purchase contract*.  Once a borrower completes a full application, authorizes a credit report pull, and provides all the documents listed below, I will issue this certificate. The buyer’s agent will present this approval letter and certificate with the offer.

You might want to write a Seller compassion letter to present with your offer.  This letter will explain to the seller why you are the perfect buyer for their beloved home.  I will even provide you a template.

After you have selected the perfect home, you or your Realtor should call me or text me with the property address and listing agent contact information. I will contact the listing Realtor and explain to them the Guaranteed Home Loan Closing Program and how well qualified you are as a buyer.  This will improve your chances dramatically.
